ABOUT ATHLETIC ADVANTAGE
Since opening in 2009, Athletic Advantage has worked with our members to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. We have three primary programs of focus: weight loss, athletic training, and recovery. Our weight loss program is for those who want to focus primarily on losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The athlete training program is developed more specifically for current athletes who are focusing on building strength, explosion, and maximizing movement. We also have a number of advanced recovery methods to help those recovering from injury come back faster and stronger.
